Package 1: No-Action
This package consists of no major build improvements as a result of the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS). The No-Action Package consists of the existing conditions in addition to the Early-Action Projects, including the Climbing Lanes, Phase I, Climbing Lanes, Phase II, Wolfensberger, Meadows/Founders, US 85 & I-25 Interchange, and 5th Street Overpass. In addition to the Early-Action projects, Douglas County and the Town of Castle Rock have committed to roadway improvements that are also part of the No-Action Package. Typically these improvements address local needs and deficiencies.
