The values calculated for this screening are relative and for comparison only. These values will be modified and refined as the
Preferred Strategy is developed.
Cost for Fixed Guideway assumes DMU commuter rail characteristics.
The user cost was calculated during the peak hour from Plum Creek Parkway to Lincoln Avenue.
ROW costs and supporting measure costs are not included in Capital Costs.
The transit variable user cost for Package 7 cannot be compared to the No-Action transit variable user cost because Package 7
transit is only 0.75 miles.
