South I-25 Build Alternatives

Alternate Routes

1. Crowfoot Valley Road - Upgrade Crowfoot Valley Road as an alternate north/south connector.

2. Parker Road (State Highway 83) - Upgrade Parker Road as an alternate north/south connector.

3. Daniels Park Road - Upgrade Daniels Park Road as an alternate north/south connector by adjoining it to Quebec Street.

4. Extend Quebec to Castle Pines Parkway - Upgrade Quebec to a four-lane arterial between Lincoln Avenue and Castle Pines Parway.

5. Freight Railroad out East - Construct a railroad east of the corridor for freight purposes only, possibly along the Superslab.

6. New Highway on New Alignment - Build a new highway within the study area.

7. Extend Stroh Road/ Peoria Street - Extend Stroh Road east and extend Peoria Parkway south and connect the two roads.

8. Connect Castle Pines Parkway to Stroh Road - Extend Castle Pines Parkway to the east, connecting to Stroh Road.

9. Highway 105 - Relocate Highway 67 to connect to Highway 105 and improve Highway 105 to support heavy traffic.

10. Extend McArthur Ranch Road - Upgrade McArthur Ranch Road to a four-lane arterial and extend west to connect with Broadway on the east to connect with East Parker Road.

11. Extend Castle Pines Parkway - Extend Castle Pines Parkway west to US 85 to provide an alternate east/west connector between US 85 and I-25.

12. Super Slab - Privately funded toll road from New Mexico through Colorado and into Wyoming.
